What Your Role Entails

You will be the first point of contact for communication with our new pre-employment clients and suppliers; expect lots of talking to customers both online and over the phone! You must have exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients. Your role will be busy – you must be able to adapt to change in priorities and work well under pressure. We pride ourselves on operational excellence and exceptional customer service, so you will often go above and beyond to ensure you leave a lasting positive impression. There’s no doubt you will talk to lots of interesting people and develop strong working relationships with our clients. The position requires a base knowledge of our pre-employment department; we will provide you with the necessary training to ensure you succeed in the role.

A few things you will be doing include:

  • Assisting pre-employment customers with a variety of queries; you may be providing information about the services we can offer to a potential customer, helping a new client create an account with us or providing training to new customers about using our software
  • Problem solving and complaint resolution with clients when required
  • Outsourcing and onboarding new suppliers to complete work for KINNECT
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with our pre-employment clients through proactive follow ups and constant support
  • KINNECT is a nationally operating company – you will be required to provide coverage across all Australian Time Zones
