What Your Role Entails
The tender writer will support the tender’s director in the creation and submission of health services tenders and proposals to our clients. You will be responsible for the management and coordination of requests for proposal processes, including research, development of written responses and finalising tender submissions. You must be able to professionally liaise with executives and senior management. Working hours and dependent on tender availability however generally will fluctuate between 5-20 hours. Flexible working arrangements are possible to be discussed during recruitment.
A few things you will be doing include:
- Communicating with key internal/external stakeholders
- Create and technical writing
- Preparing high quality documents including layout and design
- Researching information and requirements of health services for adoption to company offerings
Skills and Experience
- Must be available to work Thursdays and Fridays
- Experience in business writing or tender completion preferred
- Suitable for a university student completing a writing degree
- A clinical professional looking to use their knowledge in a new way
